At the Adventist Health St. Helena Women’s Imaging Center, it’s our desire to help women thrive. Our services are designed to help women proactively address any health conditions before they occur. With our Adventist Health Early All-Around Detection (AHEAD) Program, we offer genetic tests that can be used to determine your risk for developing cancer before it even begins. Combined with advanced imaging diagnostic tools, we've made it easy to make smart choices for your women's health needs.
Our innovative technology, services and systems include:
- Mammography, including 3D imaging rendering of breast tissue
- Breast MRI
- Ultrasound
- All types of breast biopsies, including stereotactic, ultrasound-guided and needle aspiration biopsy
- High-caliber patient-outcomes tools, including technology used on all mammograms to assist with finding subtle abnormalities

Gina Midmore, MD
Fellowship-Trained Radiologist
Dr. Gina Midmore has years of experience reading complex images and spotting abnormalities. She is board-certified, received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency and fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

AHEAD Program
Staying ahead of breast cancer through hereditary screening
As many as one in ten breast cancers have a hereditary factor. Thankfully, simple screenings can show if you have a hereditary cancer syndrome. The Adventist Health Early All-around Detection (AHEAD) Program provides specially-designed family history surveys, genetic testing, counseling and individual risk reduction plans if needed. Seamlessly integrating the AHEAD Program is just one more way we’re helping women fully understand their cancer risk.
