Bringing the latest imaging capabilities to Tulare
We recently upgraded our CT scanner with new features. It now has the ability to provide more images with the new 128 slice detector. This means we can provide even clearer images more quickly and comfortably. And we didn’t stop there. Our new MRI has recently been installed. It offers an extra wide bore for patient comfort, headphones to listen to music during your scan and air coil technology that takes images to the next level. Our latest MRI is the only one of its kind in the Central Valley and beyond!

Our new CT scanning software utilizes SAFIRE or Sinogram Affirmed Iterative Reconstruction. Not only does this provide better images of the human body but it can also reduce radiation exposure of up to 60 percent. In MRI, the new cutting-edge X29 computer software has integrated post-processing and advanced visualization tools that provide superior imaging capabilities. This dramatically improves clinical performance levels through innovative applications that visualize the body like never before.
